We woke up very rested and warm. Said our farewells to Bill and Robin, and set off for Croton. The changing leaves are beautiful, it was rolling hills all day, and the weather was in the 60's and sunny. We couldn't have asked for better weather. A great day for a ride! The only issue we had was finding a place along the way that served lunch. We kept on stopping but nowhere was open, so we went the entire distance to Croton without a meal! We were a little hungry, to say the least, and cranky when we rolled into the campground. We dropped our bikes and walked over to the Mexican restaurant and chowed down on some delicious food. We settled in for the night, the campground was on a lake so we had a beautiful sunset! Later that night we also had a great view of the Harvest Moon.
